kslnewlaunch.com is operated by GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd (BOVAEA firm registration E(1)1836), a licensed real estate agency in Malaysia, through its Real Estate Negotiator See Joen Kai Yue, known professionally as Andrian (REN 85242, Agent Code GTHQ05139). The website shows property projects in Johor Bahru and helps you contact us about them. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Our role and our relationship with KSL

• We are an independent marketing agent. GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd is authorised in writing by KSL Realty to market selected KSL projects, and our negotiator is appointed by the company to market those projects.
• We are not the developer. This is not the official website of KSL Realty or KSL Holdings Berhad.
• Project and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the projects being marketed.

3. Information on this website

• Project details, prices, promotions, unit availability, completion dates and specifications are based on information provided by the developer and are indicative only. They may change without notice.
• Images, renderings and illustrations are artist's impressions and may differ from the final product. Actual layouts, finishes and surroundings are as stated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
• "From" prices are starting prices for selected units and may not be available at the time you enquire.
• We try to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. Please confirm all details with us and with the developer before you make a decision.

4. No professional advice

The content of this website is general information about properties. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. We do not guarantee future property value, rental returns or loan approval. Please speak to your own lawyer, banker or other adviser before buying. Any loan approval is decided solely by the bank.

5. Our fees and payments

• Our service is free to buyers. Our fee is paid by the developer, not by you.
• Payments for a booking or purchase should be made only as stated in the developer's official booking documents. Please verify payment instructions with us and the developer before transferring any money.

6. Enquiries, bookings and purchases

Contacting us through this website or WhatsApp is an enquiry only. It does not reserve a unit and does not create a contract. A purchase is made only through the developer's official booking form and Sale and Purchase Agreement, and is subject to the developer's terms.

7. Foreign purchasers

Where a project is marked as open to foreign buyers, the purchase remains subject to Johor's minimum purchase price for foreign buyers, state authority approval, and any other conditions in force at the time. These rules can change. Please confirm the current requirements with us before you book.

8. Intellectual property

Project names, logos, images and plans belong to the developer or the relevant owners. The design and original content of this website belong to GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission.

9. Third-party links and services

This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your reliance on the information on it, including any decision to buy, or not to buy, a property.
